TexasRVParkBuyer.com is owned and operated by Titan Property Investors. We are a direct buyer of RV parks and RV resorts throughout Texas. We are not a broker, a listing service, a franchise or a lead aggregator, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What we buy

• RV parks and RV resorts from roughly 10 to 300+ sites
• Monthly and workforce parks, transient travel parks, and destination resorts
• Properties with park models, cabins, mobile homes or storage components
• Parks with septic, aerobic, package plant or municipal wastewater
• Closed, idle, storm-damaged or partially constructed properties

How we work with owners

Most owners who contact us are not ready to sell. They want to know what the park is worth and what selling would involve. We answer that question first and let the owner decide what comes next. There is no follow-up campaign, no pressure and no listing agreement.

When a park does not fit what we buy, we say so directly. Tying up a property we do not intend to close on wastes the owner's most valuable asset, which is time.

Why Texas only

RV park demand in Texas is unusually varied — energy workforce housing in the Permian Basin, winter Texans on the coast and in the Valley, Hill Country weekend travel, and industrial contractor housing along the Gulf Coast. Understanding those differences requires focus. Staying inside one state lets us underwrite honestly instead of applying national averages to local realities.
